Job summary

  • Proficient in preparing MIS reports, metrics and master data

  • Should be able to effectively maintain trackers, dashboards, database reports and draw analysis on the same

  • Generate update and manage master database on a day-to-day basis

  • Benefits administration - to coordinate with Insurance companies for renewals / coverages and maintain master record of addition/deletions and claims

  • Handling employee queries with respect to benefits / statutory compliance

  • Responsible for the employees exit process and Full and Final settlement

  • Preparing offer letters as per the required structure

Qualification and experience

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits

  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations ESI / LWF / Shops and Establishment Act

  • Working knowledge on ERP People Soft

 

Skills and attributes

  • Should be proficient in MS Excel Advanced Level Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup, H-lookup, Formulas, conditional formatting etc.)

  • Must have good numerical ability with passion and flair for numbers

  • Highly analytical and rational

  • Passion to work in social sector

  • Openness to learn
