Talent Support, People Function - Bengaluru


Job summary

This position is responsible for the talent support operations of the organization and will be involved in all aspects of HR support operations that occur in the lifecycle of a member. The main job responsibilities for this position are as below:

  • Responsible for the organizational communication to be shared with the members

  • Efficiently handle new joiner onboarding and support the transfer requests, entitlements such as relocation and queries that arise

  • Create, maintain and update with data integrity all people related information into appropriate IT Systems and ensure that is updated and accurate

  • Managing and reporting member data to the other teams as required

  • Ability to connect with employees to help resolve queries, clarify policies and benefits

  • Ability to handle all aspects of activities that form the charter of the support team

Qualification and experience

  • Any Bachelor's Degree. Having a Post Graduate degree would be preferable but not mandatory

  • 2-5 years of talent support / HR Generalist experience

Skills & attributes

  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Exposure to an ERP platform is advantageous

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to handle additional responsibility

  • Ability to work independently with various functions and foster teamwork

  • Skills in managing data integrity and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work

  • Excellent organizational skills thereby ensuring quick responses to queries
