The campus selection process seeks to assess the foundational understanding of the subjects that applicants are specializing in.  Selection process will be a combination of written test and interviews. We are only keen to recruit candidates who have a desire to contribute towards education and development in India by working in rural parts of the country.


01. What is the application process for the off-campus programme? (For Institutions where on-campus selection process will not be possible)

 

02. What are the necessary documents to be submitted with the application form?
  • You need to submit only your resume and photograph as part of your application form.
03. What is the selection process? ​
  • The selection process consists of written test and interview(s), more details about the selection process will be shared to candidates shortlisted from the test.
04. What type of questions will be asked in the test?
  • The test will comprise multiple choice questions based on the subject of your specialization given by you in the application form, general awareness, analytical abilities, and a few general descriptive questions.
05. Will the test be in English?
  • The test will be conducted in English and Hindi/Kannada.
06. What is the process of keeping selected candidates informed of the test results? What are the next steps? When will the test results be declared?
  • The test result will be communicated through email and SMS. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at select locations. The test results will be declared within two weeks from the date of the written test. It is highly recommended that you should keep checking your mail inbox/spam folder and SMS.
07. Which are the locations where the interview will be conducted?
  • Venues for interviews will be determined based on the geographical spread and volume of candidates attending. This information will be sent to you by email, if you are shortlisted. Of the 6 or 7 venues we might choose, we will invite candidates to the nearest locations from their college / residence.
08. Do selected candidates have to sign any bond with the Foundation?
  • Azim Premji Foundation does not solicit any kind of bond or any sort of fee for processing applications.
09. How do we get know whether the Foundation will conduct an on-campus process in our campus or do we need to apply online?
